Just read the piece....the context as well as the conveying are superb...the way you held the suspense has contributed towards the short story in shaping its structure and refining the uncertainty while readers reach the end...
It is indeed an abode...one works or without...and one pays to remain...and at one point it is heavier...costlier....and home beckons...for a finality...the sojourn ends...the greatest joke of life is unsaid always....
